By accessing and using the Ejentic Agency platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. AI-Generated Content & Indemnification

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence (Large Language Models) to generate text, code, and other outputs. All AI-generated content is provided "AS IS". Ejentic makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or copyrightability of the generated outputs.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ejentic Agency from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your commercial use, publication, or distribution of any AI-generated outputs obtained through our Service.

3. No Professional Advice

Ejentic provides educational content and automated reasoning systems. We do not act in a fiduciary capacity. None of the outputs generated by our AI constitute financial, medical, or legal advice. You must consult certified professionals before making any high-risk decisions based on our platform's outputs.

4. API & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to bypass our rate-limiting or security sentinels.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract AI outputs to train competing machine learning models.

5. Payments & Crypto

For fiat payments, we use PCI-compliant third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Paystack). For Web3 transactions, payments are executed via non-custodial wallets. Ejentic never takes custody of your cryptographic assets. You are solely responsible for verifying wallet addresses and gas fees prior to executing a transaction on the blockchain.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
