1. Data Encryption

All data transmitted between your systems and our platform is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards across all our distributed databases.

2. Model Isolation

When you deploy a custom RAG agent with Ejentic, your data is never used to train foundational models. Your embeddings and vector stores are isolated logically to ensure cross-tenant data leakage is cryptographically impossible.

3. Access Controls

We enforce strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and require multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all internal engineering access to production environments.
